If you are having problems logging in, you may want to try the following steps:
- Ensure you are using Internet Explorer as your Web browser. Connections Academy applications and Web sites are designed to work with Internet Explorer.

To use the Connections Academy system, you must enable JavaScript. If you have disabled JavaScript, you can re-enable it by doing the following:
- Click the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer and choose "Internet Options".
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Click on the "Internet" icon and choose "Medium" as your Security level. If you have a custom Security level, click the Default Level button. If you wish to retain your other custom settings, click the Custom Level button, scroll down to the Scripting section, and choose Enable under Active Scripting.
- After enabling JavaScript, close your browser and open the website again.
- Ensure cookies are enabled.
- Click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the window. Select the "Internet Options" option.
- The "Internet Options" dialog box opens.
- For Internet Explorer version 6.0 or greater:
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Move the slider to the "Medium" position. This enables cookies necessary for Connections Academy Web sites.
- For Internet Explorer version 5.5 or lower:
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Click on the "Custom Level" button. The custom window will open.
- Ensure that the "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and the "Allowed Per-session cookies (Not Stored)" radio buttons are checked.
- Click "OK" to save changes.
- Click "Apply" on the "Internet Options" window to save your changes.
- Click "OK" to close the options window.
- Confirm a functional Internet connection. Visit another Web site to see if you can access the Internet.
- Confirm date and time settings are correct.
- Double-click on the time in the right corner of the screen on the task bar.
- The "Date and Time Properties" window opens.
- Enter the correct date, time, and year. You can also change the time zone by clicking on the "Time Zone" tab.
- Click "Apply" or "OK" to save the new settings.
- Disable pop-up blockers.
- Click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the window. Select the "Internet Options" option.
- The "Internet Options" dialog box opens. Select the "Privacy" tab in the window.
- Uncheck the "Block pop-ups" box.
- Click "Apply" to save your changes.
- Ensure Connections Academy sites are not being blocked.
- Click on the "Sites" button. A new window opens.
- If any Connections Academy-related sites are listed, select them and click "Remove."
- Click "OK" to save settings.
- Click "OK" in the privacy window to save those settings and close the window.
- Disable other pop-up blockers through the blockers' settings or properties feature.
- Disable third-party accelerators and firewalls. Check the application's instructions for details.
